Order Tracking

How to Track Your Order?

You can visit the “Track Your Order” page, and by giving your tracking ID and DHL tracking ID, you can track your order.

What is the shipping timeline?

If you complete your order after 10 AM, your parcel will be shipped on the next postage day.

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact hellocarlanisa@gmail.com

What is domestic delivery?

Packages will be sent via DHL e-commerce and Pos Laju services. Orders are processed in batches starting on the next working day.

Days to ship may vary, from the next day to several days after, depending on the volume of orders received. Please be advised that orders placed during sales or peak season may take longer processing times. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged.

Days for parcels to arrive also vary depending on your place of residence. Deliveries to Kalang Valley normally take 2-3 business days, and to Peninsular Malaysia within 4-5 days, while East Malaysia may take 1-2 weeks. This depends 100% on the courier service employed.

Orders placed through the website cannot be self-picked up at our boutique.

The postage fee depends on the parcel's weight.

How can I place an order?

Visit our website, visit the categories and select your product as you like. Then place an order by clicking the "Add to Cart' button.

You can use any online banking method.

Can I purchase products on instalments?

Yes, you can purchase all products on instalments.

Return Policy

How can I be eligible for a return?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

What things must the customer ensure?

The product must be in its original condition and unused. All labels and tags must be intact with the Carlanisa product in its original condition. If the ship order is wrongly shipped by the company. The company will resend the original order without any charges. If there is any issue with size, colour, etc., at the customer's end. Customers have to pay shipping charges first. You can change the product within 7 days. A change of product is subject to the availability of stock and company decision.

What are non-eligibility criteria?

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not according to our eligibility criteria or not in original condition. Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale can’t be refunded.

How can I use COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Yes, you can use DHL Cash On Delivery services.
